Hello.
I am a friend of Hironari Noda, former member of PSIA Japan.
Noda was arrested by Tokyo Metropolitan Police at September 23 2000 8:xx am JST. Nokata police station of Tokyo Metropolitan Police claimed to have caught Hironari Noda (30), the writer (Wakamiya, Nakano Ward, Tokyo), in an act of violence. Noda shouted to a PSIA officer (49) on the road "go home!" about 8:00 am JST, and reportedly punched him. The officer called police "hit by an acquaintance". Another officer was there. -- Jiji Press
Here is my report:
PSIA officers were in the car right in front of Noda's room since last night. Noda quarreled with them through the closed car window, but the officer stated "you touched my body!", and dialed 110 (the Japanese emergency police telophone number).These days -- every day -- he was watched by PSIA officers, but they can't disguise themselves, and Noda posted their names and actions on my BBS every day. Why did they watch Noda? I don't know and he doesn't know, but I think because of his action of September 14th...
Noda returned to his home, and police surrounded his room. He phoned and e-mailed some friends and journalists.
Police broke his room's door (his room is in a cheap apartment), and arrested Noda in the act of violence. Yes, he was around the horn!
Strange to say, the vice-head of Nokata police station had come to work ahead of time.... though in Japan top class police officer never come to work in Saturday, and Japanese office opens generally about 9:00 am. Why did he come to office at that time? He is vice-head and spokesman of Nokata police station. And this case was reported by Jiji Press at 13:14:39 ... it is too fast.

September 14th, 2000PSIA entered and inspected a residence of members of Aleph (former AUM Shinrikyo). "Entering and inspecting" is provided under the so-called "Countermeasure Act for AUM". Noda got the raid information beforehand, and went to the residence in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture. And he recorded the scene by videotape.
Noda and PSIA officers quarreled heavily and unsightly.
One officer: "What do you come in here in your capacity as?"Noda: "As reporter."
Officer: "What are you reporting?"
Noda: "Of course, your Entering and Inspecting."
Officer: "What do you report in your capacity as?"
Noda: "No capacity is needed for reporting, go to hell!"
There is a officer who contacted Aleph members disguised as an "AUMer", those who collect AUM's information and goods as a hobby. His real name was Hiro-omi Takasaki, and his name as AUMer was SHIMA-TAN.
Investigators attending to "Entering and Inspecting" must wear an ID card with a photograph of their faces. Why did PSIA bring him as a member of "entering and inspecting"? We can't know, but this is more evidence of the INCOMPETENCE of PSIA, I think.
SHIMA-TAN has posted to one of Aleph member's BBS that "AUM must gas attack again" at August 28th 23:41:11(JST). PSIA threated somehow Aleph, and says "if Noda shows the videotape to the public, then PSIA will punish Aleph with a shutdown". We don't understand why Aleph should be punished for Noda's action.

Noda went to a nearby convenience store, and he found 2 suspicious characters and a car. They wore suits and stood on the street until midnight -- too suspicious. When Noda returned, they hid in the shadow of a building.
The car number was "Nerima 500 ta 9627", TOYOTA -- the owner was Kunihiko Sumiyoshi, Shimura 1-2-3-603, Itabashi ward, Tokyo. Sumiyoshi is also PSIA officer (see following).

Noda went to Matsuya, an all-day fast food shop, and ate "demiglace and egg hamburger" (490 yen) for about 10 minutes. Then he saw nearby at a small park Teruhiko Ooe, the PSIA officer. Noda chased Ooe about 15 minutes, but Ooe never looked back and escaped by taxi (Adachi 34 ko 381).

Two officers are in the car. one is Yoshio Adachi. Another is unidentified. The number of car is "Nerima 77 hi 9281". The car scampered.
Then, at 8:00am:
Noda quarreled with two officers, and was arrested.
