Subject: Reform of Official Secrets Act

Hello All

Just a quick note, not totally connected with intelligence but I hope the moderator will bear with me.

A few friends and I are in the closing stages of compiling a website which will appeal for reform of the Official Secrets Act using the Johannesburg principles as a model.  The site will also feature an online petition, MP database and sign-on letter.

Although my name is connected with that of David Shayler, this is not a "Shayler Site", but a site about the OSA.

We already have amassed quite a bit of support from several organisations and campaigns, however, we would like some contributions from others detailing their views on this legislation.
