It doesn't really care, but gpg does sort of care.  gpg has
separate fields for email, name and comment, so the script
just provides some useful fields for that.  It all goes
together in the user Id field in the end.

The script has an override option for the default.  The default
is simply to grab whatever user name you have set in the password
file.
