I've just put 1.4.7 on the http://webfunds.org/download/ site.

Only change of note is to move the [new] button onto
the Contract Browser, and call it [File Explorer] .

I've also added a q&d contract hasher in the Contract
Browser, see File/Hash.  This is for determining the
canonical hash of contracts.  They must be PGP-signed.
