Secure Packet Layer :-)

Base connection layer is secure:

• establish with Diffie-Hellman key exchange
• server authenticates
• Server DSA key is signed by Top-level key
• Top-level distributed in Ricardian Contracts
• encrypted: 3-key 3DES
  (Rijndael some day)

Once established, requests can be sent.
